The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our staff’s training, professional credentials and work experience.

Fred H. Buettner

Dr. Buettner graduated for the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1986. Upon graduation he joined the US Navy where is spent the next ten years working as a Navy Dentist. His Duty stations included: the USS Jason, Marine Corps Recruit Depot and Naval Air Station Lemoore.

In 1996, Dr. Buettner resigned his commission in the Navy and purchased a private practice in Lindsay California. His wife Hayley works in the practice as a part time bookkeeper. He has two boys, Richard age 17 and Christopher age 12.

The last fourteen years that he has been in Lindsay, his practice has doubled in size. Dr. Buettner is an active member in the community. He has served as president of the local Kiwanis club, president of the Tulare-Kings Dental Society, and on the board of the local Chamber of Commerce.

Jan Howison I am Jan Howison. I was born and raised in Tulare, and am proud to be a 3rd generation Californian. I attended and graduated from Fresno City College Dental Hygiene Program in 1990. When I started practice in 1990 I worked in Tulare and Porterville, then I started to practice in Lindsay in 1991. On January 1st 2000, I made the commitment to practice in Lindsay on a full-time base with Dr. Buettner. I thoroughly enjoy each and every patient here in the Lindsay office, and I have great admiration, confidence, and respect for Dr. Buettner and his team. I live in Exeter with my husband Henry. We have two children, a son Ry and a daughter Heidi. I enjoy swimming, reading, and playing with my Bichon Frise- "Tiffany."
Sandy Lessig Hi, my name is Sandy Lessig and I am an RDA. I have been with Dr. Buettner for five years. I live in Porterville with my beautiful daughter, Julianne, who is 7 years old.
Beatrice Salazar My name is Beatrice Salazar. I am Dr. Buettner's Treatment Coordinator. I've worked in the dental profession for 12 years. Being born and raised in Lindsay I welcome this opportunity to serve this community. I'm married to a wonderful man and have two wonderful daughters.
Joyce Bartlett My name is Joyce Bartlett and I am a Dental Hygienist. I have been working with Dr. Buettner since February 2000. My dental career started in 1976 as a dental assistant. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Doug, and we have two daughters, Kristin and Tiffany.
Hilda Rodriquez Hello, I am Hilda Rodriquez. I have enjoyed twenty two years of service to the Dental Community and looking forward to many more. I am married with three children and have lived in the central valley all my life.
Rachel Orosco Hi, my name is Rachel Orosco. I was born and raised in Lindsay and I have worked in this area for twenty years. I am the Financial Coordinator at Dr. Buettner's Office; I have been here since May of 2000. I look forward to meeting you.
